HELP FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

Barcelona hosts one of the largest university communities in Europe, consisting of 196.604 students (Statistics from Barcelona Centre Universitari) of which about 20.000 are foreign students. Every year more than 100 students participate in courses of Bande à Part Film School.

In our classrooms students have passed from more than 40 nationalities, fully integrating and enjoying the academic and personal experience in our school and in the city of Barcelona.

For this reason we know very well how we can help you planning your trip and your stay here, to make your arrival more enjoyable and your stay more fruitful.

If you are non EU student you must manage your student visa BEFORE TRAVELING.

PROCESSING THE STUDEN VISA (only for non-EU students)

If the student requires student visa (stay longer than three months), you must reserve the course place with an amount of 500 € and send the filled form.  Once we have received the form and the bank receipt (by mail or fax to administracion@bandeapart.org or Fax: +34 93 419 13 89 indicating the student's name and course) we’ll send you a enrolment card, which it has to be presented by the applicant to the Embassy of Spain in your country, to get the corresponding student visa. In the event of not being granted with the student visa by the Consulate, the Administration Department will assess the repayment of that amount, once the student prove the Consulate resolution with the appropriate documents.

Once you’re enrolled you can apply for a Scholarship, according to the terms and conditions contained in the same.

For any questions you can go contact our administration department: Isabel Gamez administracion@bandeapart.org

TRAVEL INSURANCE

In some countries the authorities require with the visa an International Travel Insurance.

If you need to manage it, from Bande à Part we provide you the contacts of the specialized companies who hire this type of insurance in our country.
